there's some thinking, isn't there, that the higher wages actually
cause the higher productivity...rather than the other way around...

the pump that has to be primed is still human labor and creativity and
dedication, as it always has been and will be...that starts flowing
and it waters the economy and fructifies the world...

blood from a turnip, otherwise.  imho.
