is it not more likely that they will sink into oblivion and weakness
laboring in penury and pollution and oppression for foreign investors,
paying an extremely dear opportunity cost in their servitude? The
Mexican economy hasn't benefited greatly from NAFTA, to give one among
a plethora of examples.
