I liked 나무없는 산 (Treeless Mountain) very much indeed

Thanks. It's a pleasant surprise to see Korean characters in p-list. I stopped watching Korean movies except Hong Sangsoo's works. Korean movies these days usually seem unnecessarily nasty. But maybe I should start trying them again, maybe with Yellow Sea.

고맙습니다 - a stunning achievement.

Worked my way over the past 20 years from TKD, to kim chee, and now, to Korean movies - without which NETFLIX would be a wasteland. For anyone who has yet to indulge, I recommend The Yellow Sea.

I look forward to the appearance of Pynchon allusions in future offerings.

love,
cfa
