Bleeding Edge ARC on Ebay

galleys are usually single plain colors, like yellow. some publishers have a simple 2-color pattern.
ARCs usually have some kind of real cover design, often/usually an image of the hardcover cover, but not always. This looks like a b & w shot of the cover.
Long lead time magazines and periodicals need 3-4 months to get books reviewed.
last Thursday thru Saturday was the annual booksellers' convention in NY (for these United States). Many heavily-printed Fall books were given away as ARCS by the hundreds/thousands...
BLEEDING EDGE was not one.
I suspect that this ARC is either one made, let's say in a non-kosher way and smuggled to someone who begged for it.....
Or one of a batch printed and sent/given to magazine and periodical editors for review.
