Y'all, you all, or you guys?

My husband grew up in Texas, but later his family moved around a lot. A couple of years ago, he encountered some drunken Texans in a bar, and they asked him to prove he was Texan by answering one question: What's the plural of "y'all?"  He passed the test easily. "All y'all."
