The ugly truth of science

Working with a continental keyboard where the "y" is far away from the 
"t", the typo wasn't "obvious" to me, and as a non-native speaker I'm 
glad that something like the Urban Dictionary exists. If you know an 
equivalent that you consider to be more trustworthy, feel free to recommend!

Far more important: Do you have anything to say on science in Pynchon?
