Someone is sending in HTML-only email, it looks like. It's possible to 
decode it but it's better if everyone remembers to post either in plain 
text, or plain text + html.

In most mail programs (except some very old Unix mail readers) it will 
be readable, but the digest software may only be looking for the 
(missing) plain text portion.
