I love libraries, and that's an awe-inspiring example.

But their red room ... I can only assume "they" meant for people to feel wigged out on that floor; it's seriously stress inducing -- and what a contrast to the towering cathedral-esque ground level and the graceful floor above the red-room level (if I remember the order of floors correctly):
