It is a sequel to my first book, “The Origin of the
Brunists<http://www.amazon.com/Origin-Brunists-Coover-Robert/dp/0802137431>,”
called “The Brunist Day of Wrath.” A kind of maximalist engagement with
religion and love. Somewhat Aristotelian in terms of time and space, but
there is a massive number and variety of characters. Too big probably ever
to be published. Perhaps I should try to reduce it to a thousand words like
this one. Or we could serialize it in *The New Yorker* over a few years.
