NATIONAL BOOK AWARDS ENTRY FORMS DUE JUNE 3

Less than one week left to complete the online entry form for the 2013 National
Book Awards.

Publishers who wish to submit books for the 2013 National Book Awards
must complete
the online entry form by Monday, June 3. The form will close at 12:00 am Pacific
 Time (3:00 am Eastern Time) on Tuesday, June 4. Publishers must both submit the
 form and pay for entries by this date. No late entry forms will be accepted.

Here are some dates to keep in mind:

* June 3: Online entry form closes
* July 15: Books due to Judges and National Book Foundation office
* September 12: Longlist Announcement (40 titles)
* October 16: Finalists Announcement (20 titles)
* November 20: National Book Awards Ceremony and Benefit Dinner (4
Winners announced)

Please note that the entry and books deadlines are earlier than usual due to the
 addition of the Longlist. You can learn more about this and other
