like Republicans. Make of that what you will.

Review", aka DESPAIR. Brilliant acronym. Whistle blowers tend to be  
disgruntled employees, and how close are we to Edward Snowden on this  
page?

"Muffins and Unicorns", it just glides right off his tongue, don't it?  
About as 2001 as a corporate logo gets. As regards zappers and "CDs"— 
when CDs are referred to here, does that mean plain old, 700 mb  
polycarbonate data discs? Or is this some sort of insider lingo? of  
course, all this insider lingo leads us to another sort of transaction  
that's supposed to never get on the books.

Another cross-reference to the Kabbalah on 88, love: "And the geeks  
who promote it—except for one or two little details, like the  
righteousness, the higher spiritual powers—they're the rabbis."

Again the narrator, making a clear distinction between the spiritual  
realm and the realm of mammon. At the same time, a demonstration of  
another transfer of power that is person to person, where thing are  
done on the QT.

Maxi's been hired to check out Phipps Epperdew, aka VIP [for his gold- 
plated ego], who has been involved with shadowy elements in Quebec—a  
tip of the Hatlo hat to Infinite Jest? Wandering around in the endless
