What th' heck is a rampart anyway?

I tend to picture the underside of a farm animal...so okay, it's a
defensive fortification, so where is the connection for a liberal Catholic
magazine to use that for a name?  A-and how about those liberal Catholics
anyway?  Some surprisingly cool stuff from them!

But anyway, thanks for the link!  The whole run of them is online
