BE: Inside Flap

Yes and I'd say that BE compares very disfavourably with Seinfeld, as entertainment and as cultural artifact.
As I pointed out previously, the whole 'guy making bootlegs of movies using handheld VHS recorder ironically becomes cult figure despite/due to the quality of resultant videos' thing was done much better as a Seinfeld episode, way back in 1996:
