Loeffler is also the name of a German composer, Charles Martin Loeffler.
Very interesting to note that the composer's father wrote journalism under
the name 'Tornov' or 'Tornow' while the son sometimes used it as a middle
name. Seems too close to be a coincidence. Loeffler was also friends with
French composer Gabriel Fauré, and Fauré anglicized looks an awful lot like
fire.
