Farewell, but not Goodbye

I'm going to bale out here as well. My inbox is jammed with BEER posts, and having trawled through quite a few of them I find (what seems to me like) a lot of straining for meaning and approval of (what seems to me like) clunky writing, and sadly I just don't think Pynchon's latest novel interests me enough that I can be bothered reading every email. The digest is fucked and has been for years now, which is a shame. So I'm gonna unsubscribe and maybe occasionally browse the archives.
Good luck with the group read. If I ever get round to writing my review of BE I'll post a link so everyone can stone me to death.
