Again, in the bit of stuff from Mandel's book which I read, he spoke of the severe global financial crisis of
1967...as the exemplar of what he was talking about and what was coming.......which, he some kind of 
social determinist (in this regard) felt was inevitably linked to the 1968 social movements...I know nothing
about this, will research when I can but I bet TRP does.......

and are the 2000oughts another cyclical global example of? is that part of BE's meanings

And another phrase for late capitalism he wrote, was "State monopoly capitalism". which the States 
exemplified......bastards...

a chair at the FU in Berlin.
