The Mossad (Hebrew: הַמוֹסָד‎, IPA: [ha moˈsad]; Arabic: الموساد‎,
al-Mōsād; literally meaning "the Institute"), short for HaMossad
leModiʿin uleTafkidim Meyuḥadim (Hebrew: המוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים
מיוחדים‎, meaning "Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations";
Arabic: الموساد للاستخبارات والمهام الخاصة‎ al-Mōsād lil-Istikhbārāt
wal-Mahāmm al-Khāṣṣah), is the national intelligence agency of Israel.
It is one of the main entities in the Israeli Intelligence Community,
along with Aman (military intelligence) and Shin Bet (internal
security).

The Mossad is responsible for intelligence collection, covert
operations, and counterterrorism, as well as bringing Jews to Israel
from countries where official Aliyah agencies are forbidden, and
protecting Jewish communities. Its director reports directly to the
Prime Minister.

Nigel

Nigel /ˈnaɪdʒəl/ is an English masculine given name. The name is
derived from the Latin Nigellus. This Latin word would seem to derive
from the Latin niger, meaning "black"; however this is thought to be
an example of an incorrect etymology created by French speaking
clerics, who knew Latin as well, to translate the Norman first name
Neel in the Latin written documents. Indeed, the Latin word nigellus
gave birth to Old French neel (modern nielle), meaning “black enamel”
(same word as niello) and it explains the confusion, because the
clerics believed it was the same etymology as the first name Neel,
spelled the same way.

In fact, the Old Norman first name Neel (modern surname Néel) derives
itself from the Norse Njáll. The Norse Njáll, in turn, is derived from
the Gaelic Niall. The English Nigel is commonly found in records
dating from the Middle Ages, however it was not used much before being
revived by 19th century antiquarians, such as Sir Walter Scott who
published The Fortunes of Nigel in 1822. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
published Sir Nigel in 1905/06. Nigel was a common name for boys born
in England and Wales during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

"kidon lady assassins"

Kidon (Hebrew: כידון‎, bayonet or "tip of the spear") is the name of a
department within Israel's Mossad that is allegedly responsible for
the execution of terrorists. Kidon is suspected of being behind a
number of successful counter-terrorist campaigns, such as the
Operation Wrath of God campaign. Given the secret nature of the unit,
there is almost no reliable information available.

Kidon is referenced several times in the show NCIS. Kidon is referred
to in the NCIS season 6 episode "Legend (Part 2)" when they suspect a
Mossad agent visiting the US is part of the Kidon group. In the last
episode of the same season, "Aliyah", officer Ziva David's boyfriend
Michael Rivkin is stated to have been a Kidon member. Officer David is
shown to be a part of Kidon as well. The director of Mossad, Eli
David, has referred to his daughter Officer David as the "sharp end of
the spear".

Shabtai Shavit (p. 33)

Shabtai Shavit was director general of the Mossad from 1989 to 1996.
Shavit first joined the Israel Defense Forces, where he served in the
Sayeret Matkal. From 1958 to 1959, he was military governor of the
Southern Command. In 1964, he joined the Mossad, where he worked his
way up to director general.

According to the Book of Genesis, Naphtali (/ˈnæftəlaɪ/; Hebrew:
נַפְתָּלִי, Modern Naftali Tiberian Nap̄tālî ; "My struggle") was the
sixth son of Jacob and second son with Bilhah. He was the founder of
the Israelite Tribe of Naphtali. However, some Biblical scholars view
this as postdiction, an eponymous metaphor providing an aetiology of
the connectedness of the tribe to others in the Israelite
confederation.
