Of course we should all know that this paranoid rule is provisional, not
doctrinal.
It is commentary on the primary text of Paranoia.
Thus said, it points to Paranoids as being either obsessives or sensitives:
Manufacturing false realities or realizing formerly unseen realities.
That is always the rub with Pynchon's Paranoia. Religion is Pynchon.
