IBM gives up fight to build CIA's $600m secret cloud, hands dealto Amazon

Supposedly a floating data haven is what they are attempting. But they will get a lot of resistance for pumping all that hot water into the ocean. SF Bay would not necessarily be the final placement. I think the the Arctic/Antarctica is a much better idea.
