"What did the Cockney exclaim to the cowboy from San Antonio?" The punchline (given the context) seems so obvious once you have an idea of what it may be (the series of tubes known as the Internet does have its uses)... which would seem to be the point of P.'s apparent love of leaving off the punchlines.
