Book review: Bleeding Edge

Michiko has an axe or two to grind with TRP.  Development of character
beyond the cartoon is a big one. I agree that such cartoons aren't enough
for novel-love.  The weight of the bigger context, it's solemnity, might
demand cartoon levity.  But her dig about the default sophomoric tone hit
one of my nerves, or three.
