Well,  well worth the ride -  totally enjoyed it -  

Fwiw,  I read on my Kindle / iPad version and it was so cool to be able to highlight the word and get the definition right there.  It was also totally wonderful to be able to highlight the word(s) and click Google or Wiki for a reality check re references - and it is heavy with the 2001 allusions and references and with good purpose because they lend a serious chord of reality to the tale.   

Imo,  this is a somewhat different voice for Pynchon,   but it's a New York voice with a William Gibson feel due to the subject matter - also some similarities to Neal Stephenson's Reamde.  After 50 pages I was well into it and by 100 pages I knew I was a happy camper.  

The whole thing took me about 10-12 hours to read over a period of 2 full days.
