Hear, hear.  VL is a personal fave.  Sent a copy to my estranged dad as an
"I love you," point of fact, with a soppy personal inscription below P's
dedication, tho I suspect he has yet to crack the damn thing.  He certainly
hasn't broken the half-decade of radio silence.  So it goes.

I've got an Atwood to finish after BE's over, but think I'll dip back into
VL afterward.  It warms the soul.
