off: Transcendence (the Movie)

Folks,

I'd like to see Johnny Depp in "Transcendence" before it leaves the local
IMAX.

Unfortunately, it has such a low rating rating by both users and critics
that I hesitate to spend the time and money (and no one I know would either)

On the other hand, some of my favorite films (like ZARDOZ and BLADE RUNNER)
suffered similar initial receptions, so I think that Transcendence might
worth seeing on the BIG BIG Screen.

Any P-listers see Transcendence? (Or the jodorowsky DUNE movie?) If you
did, what did you think?
