Of course, I am not ruling out that this developing story based on one 
source is disinformation. Still, I find Parry's take far more 
believable, given the circumstantial evidence that I am aware of, and 
Parry's good reputation, than the official version, i. e. that, of 
course, the Russians are to blame and must be punished.

And no, I am not denying that not all is well in Russia.
