True Detective plagiarized?

Amazing that, what with all the sniffing out of plagiarism in True
Detective - AND what with others having sniffed out the Moore line
from Top Ten - nobody (aside from myself, on the very obscure Rigorous
Intuition message board) has noticed the similarities between True
Detective and the (even more obscure) Alan Moore-penned,
Lovecraft-inspired black and white crime comic, The Courtyard.
Oh, actually, a few more people HAVE noticed...
