Does anyone know anything about this guy and the Library of Social Science.

At work we just started getting emails of the format Mark just posted. After 3 had arrived in one day I had a look and given the lack of reviews on Amazon and the make up of the website I decided it was vanity publishing written large. Right or wrong?
