Something to be said for limits, boundaries, etc., as a requisite for freedom. The loss of Eden, the close-out of the sixties, the leading edge of day- boundaries, some natural, some arbitrary- where one thing ends and something new begins. It seems paradoxical to the hippie in me, but there is nothing to choose from without boundaries. The act of choosing, itself, draws a line. M&D seems like a good choice for the new year. Then there is Sortilege's sister, Tenebrae, with her needle work: only she knows where to make the fateful snip. Thankfully, she works with yarn and not barbed wire.
