Can you believe that in the intro to this new book of his,
Alan Greensplan actually says that, because 
the financial crash of 2008 was not foreseen 
by the ruling elite [not his phrase], he has tried 
to " forecast human nature" herein so it on't happen again.

As if one aspect of " human nature" is not willfully acting 
Against " forecasting" .
