A STRANGE AND TERRIBLE GLIMPSE INTO THE DEEP STATE

I have visited VISUP a few times before. I do not care much for the more 
esoteric stuff, but as regards deep politics/parapolitics I rate it very 
highly: knowledgeable, well sourced and discerning.

In the first installment Recluse mentions the ISGP site. The long and 
detailed article on the Belgian Dutroux affair on ISGP is one of the 
most disturbing things I have ever read. It seems, though, that the ISGP 
archive is not accessible any longer.
