(np) Archives, 'plain text'

When I just checked a mail from this morning in the archives - sorry for 
double postings, I cannot receive my own mails at the moment -, I 
realized that 'plain text' sent is not at all 'plain text' in the 
archives So the mess there seems unavoidable.

Why not return then to the richer format which gives us /more graphic 
possibilities/?
