This is great.
Although size-wise, a quick search gave me: "The genomes of
Mimiviruses and Pandoraviruses, which are some of the largest known
viruses, range from 1 to 2.5 Mb (1 Mb = 1,000,000 base pairs of DNA)"
So not exactly Cthulhu-sized viruses...
