Stuff I read says Yes, all economies will get hurt but Russia the most. Late capitalism includes All.  Hurt is why many EU countries reluctant to 
cheerlead or join the team.  
 
Someone wrote that Russia's richest billionaires have lost $17 bil dollars..already (market drop). Someone else has written full of hope that it will be the Russian rich who stop Putin IF......

This article starts  very briefly with the oddly comforting weirdness of the disappeared Boeing 707 and moves to an interesting timeline of Ukraine events.  

My own thought 
Wont' this whole seizure of bank funds just lead to Russia and others in iffy world political status to put their money in Gold or safe currencies. Will that really be good for US Euro economy.  Many countries are already wanting an alternative to dollar as reserve curency.
