Very Misc. On Watts. Which TRP wrote about.

I have learned serendipitously, in a book exploring how our [US, England] language has used the word
"unemployment" and how it has replaced the earlier 19th century word 'idleness", that the Official Government Report 
Concerning the "Watts Riots" used BOTH unemployed and idle.........Writer's implication seems to be 1) that the report writers
felt the unemployed did not HAVE to be "idle" and 2) sociologically, the word 'idle' disappears from official reports going forward.
 Book writer also implies, maybe states, that within the decade as many more women entered the work force, a 
citizen is either employed or unemployed as culture saw them...
