"She remembers looking at the sign-up sheet and seeing she has
apparently, not fully knowing why, called Steely Dan's up-tempo ballad
of memory and regret, 'Are You with Me Dr. Wu.'" (p. 158)
"Apartment doors are all wide open, and inside you can hear a range of
sound tracks, including Steely Dan's 'Ain't Never Gonna Do It Without
the Fez On.'" (pp. 368-369)
It was criticized here that Pynchon reproduces the song titles wrong,
but I think that this wasn't done by mistake yet by purpose: The reader
recalls the songs easier when a whole line of the lyrics is given.
