Fictional books within books

I just read Pale Fire about a month ago. "Fun" is a good word for it. There
were times while reading it that I couldn't stop smiling at all the word
play and what-not. Kind of like watching a Rube-Goldberg. You'll probably
like it being that you are a part of this list, you should read it.

That being said, Lolita is a better novel in my opinion but I don't know if
that means anything since it's already one of my favorite books. Those are
the only two I've read. I picked up Speak, Memory recently so I'll get to
that soon. I'm finishing Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki then I want to read the
new Gibson novel when it comes out on Tuesday. After that I plan on going
back to Nabokov, maybe, if something else doesn't come along in the
meantime.
