I saw somewhere, coupla years ago he has three unfinished manuscripts. The
Passenger being the most likely to see the light of day - there's even a
working copy (restricted, obviously) with the rest of McCarthy's papers at
Texas State. If nothing else, the length bit is encouraging given the fact
that he's mostly been doing glorified screenplays since the 90s.
