TROUBLE IN THE PIPELINE: WHAT'S THE FBI DOING HERE?

Fear mongering?  Making the activists feel like criminals?  That is why, 
of course, the FBI is hunting them down like criminals.  Not 
investigating a crime?  Learning more about the movement?  OH, right.  
That's what they were did with the Black Panthers before the 
assassinations.

I say fear mongering at least.
