in his essay on Shakespeare and the Stoicism of Seneca, Eliot presents
his strongest words on how an artist is not supposed to be a 'thinker' like
the best thinkers in any field but good artists in using 'thinking'....

The writer is not supposed to be an historian, a philosopher, a whatever.
