Love how the casting director gets a special mention.

I've just had a flashback 15-20 years to an interview in which PTA
said that 90% of a director's job is nothing more than casting. No
idea where this was but it really struck me at the time. His films,
especially, turn on the actors that carry them, and if you widen
'casting' to include cinematographer, composer etc then I sort of
agree with his assessment of his own job.
