maybe because the NYSE just isnt the only game in town anymore? traders
have many options and platforms to conduct business. most commentary Ive
heard amounted to a so what. that doesnt mean it shouldnt be investigated.
I used to work across the street from the exchange at 15 Broad Street. used
to chat with the runners and others having a smoke on the street in their
jackets and buttons and slips of paper. those days are gone. it's all in
the aether now. 15 Broad are condos now. wouldnt be surprised NYSE building
goes the same way
