Odds of another Pynchon novel

A great writer allows lots of perspectives, he sez obviously. One famous critic reads MEASURE FOR MEASURE as " nihilistic", I, following others, find its moral complexity hauntingly " ambiguous". so we read on.
Still cannot read TRP as you do below but I am narrower than he is and maybe, simply, unable to find your wavelength. for example, REM, I know nothing.
My addendum perspective is only that AtD also has TRP's deepest attempts to put down the positive poles of his vision of life, what the Nobel Committee calls the " redemptive" aspects.....which it wants in even its darkest writers--Faulkner, Beckett, Naipul, say.......and which some argue is why a guy like Celine is ultimately second-rate....all the shit, nary a visible star. ...re TRP, part of that overt vision is in the Olde Europe sections with Cyprian and others.....part of some profundity attempts is in Yashmeen and her relationships as well....
And there are the overarching Chums, from beginning to the end, bodhisattva-like in some respects as we talked about here And besides this in-our-face stuff, TRP's vision of this world as God-like ( even if He is missing) from Light Over the Ranges on is palpable.....palpable.
AtD's deep historical 'parceling out of blame' -maybe history since the ENLIGHTENMENT? --is so deeply embedded in showing us WHY and How that may be and what is lost.......that only M & D might match THAT....
so we read on.

We really dont know who They/M is though we know the East India Co has a few members). That's what I mean by a more direct style. the GR template is only my conceit for the scaffolding. I also say all this acknowledging how these two threads are ever connected, despite the ostensible break and that there isnt anything wrong or necesarily lesser in the later works (Pynchon hasnt lost that voice): I would only argue such directness, aesthetically, dilutes while it instructs (sorta like comparing early REM to late REM)
