Yes. It's called the grant for those of us who want to find out what we want to do.
It's a good deal, if you can handle the commitment.
You're granted everything, but you can't take anything for granted; you can't ask anybody for anything, though writing to not ask is not a bad way of asking; and you must present your application in the form of a grant, to be given to someone else who wants to find....
As with any grant, you have to know that finding out what you want to do is really what you want. It should be pointed out that to bestow a grant in order that the grantee may stop doing what they have been granted to do (as you suggest you might do...) would be an imprudent investment.
