Another Greif review

May not be all that relevant to the above but speaking for myself, I
believe I have become a better reader of Pynchon by leaving the fanboy
behind. Coming out in a sense I guess. The core value of searching for
still believing in those private utopias be it anarchism, cyberspace, a
California beach community,etc. increasingly irritates me (notwithstanding
the Pynchon falir for unique and at times lovely descriptive language and
feeling)
