Pulp fiction project

Way back when, the (possible/likely) source for "The Kenosha Kid" was
posted here, a byproduct of a project to post the texts (@ very least)
of vintage "pulp" magazines online.  I believe it was Mr. Mackin who
broke the news.  But now I can't find either the post or the site
(that is, I'd just as soon do it as easily/quickly as possible).
