Silk Road mastermind: drug kingpin or libertarian ideologue gone astray? - CSMonitor.com

This story is such B.S. Silk Road did NOT "ban" the sale of murder for
hire or child pornography. It CLAIMED to do so in order to burnish its
idiotic claims to libertarian credibility (an oxymoron if ever there
was one). In fact, Dread Pirate Roberts himself is known to have
solicited at LEAST three murders in relation to Silk Road activity.
Personally, I share the belief that drug use is a victimless crime -
or at least as victimless as, say, suicide, at its worst. I am for
decriminalization of ALL drugs, as I believe the user is responsible
(and I say that as someone who has used hard drugs in the past, to ill
effect. It's not something I recommend). And yes, I think life with no
possibility of parole (which is what he got) is too harsh a sentence.
20 years with a chance of parole in 10 based on his behavior would be
what I would have liked to see. However, I just wanted to point out
that this CS article is BS.
