Hey David,

Sorry, you're right. Looks like it's now a pay service, which is a 
shame, because it used to be a really great extension. "Unlimited Free 
VPN - Hola" does a similar thing and remains free. I haven't used it 
nearly as frequently as ProxMate but it has 5 stars and 73,000 ratings 
on the Chrome store so it looks like it does the job.
