Well, I was about ten years too old for the Youth Movement, but,
though my younger wife, came under the influence of several pretty
advanced Reed College students. I wasn't very satisfied with my life
at the time, and the Revolution seemed attractive, so I followed
along. I was, of course, as Bourgeois as one can imagine, but I tried
my best to develop Correct thinking and succeeded quite well for a
time. But then in the mid 70s it dawned on me the System wasn't going
to be toppled any time soon. I wasn't cut out to be a revolutionary,
but I did learn a lot, especially about Correct and Incorrect, which I
equate with OK and not OK.
