NP - Houellebecq on Paris attacks

Next in my reading stack is 'Tears of Eros', Bataille's final work.
Happened across a copy at the bottom of a pile in a neighbor's impromptu
yardsale.  Fifty cents!!  Have a knack for lucking into research materials
like that.  Apparently banned by the French ministry of culture the year
after Bataille died?  Absurd.

Top of the pile was Gilbert Sorrentino's 'Aberration of Starlight'.  Bought
both.
