These are ads for video entertainment. Should all ads which feature villains be banned? Or are only imaginary Nazi villains with what looks like a US flag behind them “offensive”? To my mind it is just a weird reaction that seems to reveal insecurity about  what the flag means. 


 Maybe that s the problem, I have little idea what others feel when they see the Flag. To be honest, when I see the US flag I think of death and lies. 

The PKD story deserves to advertise itself competitively and the image is powerful, provocative and intriguing. To make a drama about fascism is very different from making a drama to promote fascism. And it is hard to think of anyone more anti-fascist than PKD.
